I had just about the only hand you'd ever want to make the initial raise with OOP. I'm speaking of course of QJT9 double suited. Figured that the deception was worth it, plus it's pretty nice to thin the field here to clean up my flush outs a little. Thoughts?

I like the play - you're potting it OOP so they have to put you on a strong hand and everybody always thinks AAxx

An Ace hits on an uncoordinated board - unless someone else actually has AA, the pot is yours.

What's your play if get you smooth called and a blank hits on 4th st.?
iggymcfly
If I only got one caller, I'd probably pot it. People are scared as **** of AAxx, and a straight draw's not going to have the right odds to call.
