Also, feel free to critique the pre-flop action, I figured that this hand was good to raise on the button since it was double-suited with decently connected cards, but maybe I shouldn't have since it was a two-gapper? Are the middle connected cards enough to call the repot even with a (likely dominated) ace in the hand? Looking for advice here. On the flop action, the suits are kind of hard to see but I do have a draw to a low backdoor club flush as well.

Preflop is fine. I like big pots in position. I think I would reraise here. Based on his preflop action it looks like aces. I think you can knock out a random player with aces enough to justify this semibluff. If you know he's just going to go all in with the aces you should just call. He only needs to fold a better hand about 1/4 of the time for this to be profitable.
