Where can I find the best guide (book or site) for starting hands for a loose low limit 0/8 game? I know there is nothing like SSHE, because I've searched for it, but I have Capelleti's book which I have found his recommendations to be loose and scattered in that collection of articles he calls a book. I also want to know what hands I should call from the SB and what hands I should throw away to a single raise.

Lou Krieger had some articles discussing O/8 starting hands at cardplayer.com. They are pretty good.
