What's in a handle? I see guys sometimes with poker names and instantly think "weak". My name is one that I think generates a lot of action from people.
Kinda brings me to my point. What kind of image do you want at a table and what do you do to get it? (Both early on in the session and deep into it)

i've always been of the opinion that you should let how the cards fall dictate the image you present at that given time. the trick is to be aware of how you look. when you hit those three rounds where you raise every hand understand that you seem like a steam roller and value bet. when you're cold as hell three bet a nit with 76s every so often (well, the right kind of nit. that could be contradictory).

I was wondering when you see my name do you think its seven-deuce or the number 72. Because it was my old football number it doesnt mean I play seven deuce all the time. Only most of the time.

I generally go with names and avatars that I feel will make me seem like more of a badass, but with a sensitive streak...you know...in case there are ladies at the table.

It's a good point. A clever name often means a thinking player.
