If you are looking for Razz tournament strategy then Huckleberry Seed's and Ted Forrest's razz section in the Fulltilt Poker Tournament Strategy Guide is a powerful read. As far as cash games, I am pretty sure Super System 1 has a Razz chapter that would be worthwhile.

I wrote this last year - am no longer affiliated with the website. I've linked it a few times and no one has told me it's terrible yet... but neither has anyone said it's good, so read at your own risk.
