Just starting this game. A little weary of grinding out the LHE games lately.

Ultimate Bet Pot-Limit Omaha High, $.25 BB (6 handed) Ultimate Bet Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)

CO ($24.11)
Hero ($19.80)
SB ($67.37)
BB ($20.69)
UTG ($25.81)
MP ($45.31)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A icon_suit_club.gif , Q icon_suit_club.gif , K icon_suit_diamond.gif , 8 icon_suit_diamond.gif .
1 fold, MP calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, Hero calls $0.25, SB completes, BB checks.

Medium hand - I can limp along on the button right? I would have folded this if the K8 was offsuit - is that correct?

Flop: ($1.25) 9 icon_suit_club.gif , T icon_suit_diamond.gif , A icon_suit_spade.gif (5 players)
SB bets $1.25, BB calls $1.25, MP calls $1.25, CO calls $1.25, Hero calls $1.25.

I was ready to fold this, until every single one of the players in front of me called off. After that, is it OK to peel the turn with the gutshot and back door FD?

Turn: ($7.50) J icon_suit_club.gif (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP bets $7.5, CO folds, Hero ????

Absolute most beautiful card in the deck. Do I flat call hoping to get overcalled, or pot here (which puts me all in)?

Any all all feedback welcomed by the new guy - me smile.gif

CO ($24.11)
Hero ($19.80) <----- Not filling up on time can probably cost you $5.20 this hand.
SB ($67.37)
BB ($20.69)
UTG ($25.81)
MP ($45.31)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A icon_suit_club.gif , Q icon_suit_club.gif , K icon_suit_diamond.gif , 8 icon_suit_diamond.gif .

Premium hand - You can raise on every position , sometimes 3-bet on the button against certain opponents. You would not have folded this if the K8 was offsuit because it is still a pretty hand on the button.

Flop: ($1.25) 9 icon_suit_club.gif , T icon_suit_diamond.gif , A icon_suit_spade.gif (5 players)
SB bets $1.25, BB calls $1.25, MP calls $1.25, CO calls $1.25, Hero calls $1.25.

You were ready to bet this if it was checked to you, until every single one of the players in front of you called off the early bet. After that, it is standard to peel the turn with the gutshot and back door FD.

Turn: ($7.50) J icon_suit_club.gif (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP bets $7.5, CO folds, Hero ????

Absolute most beautiful card in the deck. You re-pot and enjoy the domination or the freeroll for stacks.

Your hand won't be this pretty when the board pairs on river and someone bets in front of you. Also by calling you will give the same straight a chance to get away on river if another club comes.

Everyone is going to tell you to raise this hand every day and twice on Sundays from every position, ESPECIALLY on the button.

As played, just get it in. Push out the sets who would have decent odds to call if you flatted. Enjoy the freeroll against MP.

Just push. Charge sets the max, and exploit your freeroll outs. It's not that likely that you'll get overcallers holding non-nut straights anyway, and if someone is bad enough to overcall without the nuts here, then they might be bad enough to call all in too.
