Quick question..

I was in a tourney and doing well, second chip leader for the table.
i was faced heads up with the chip leader. I had ace 10 suited and the flop came
ace 10 king.. He bet 10k on that flop.. was it smart to call it or were the odd's against me?
i called and ended up going all in after he raised me all in on the turn. he had the ace king...

was it a bad call on my part or just bad luck???

Going broke with top and bottom is often correct if the stacks aren't deep. What were the blinds and the preflop action?
