Button here is 70/35/2.5 with 50 hands. My theory on the river is that if it gets checked to him, he'll probably take a stab.
Should I just lead out???

Turn is an easy call getting 5/1 odds.

Noone is betting the river with a set or two pair (or air) when the 2nd most obvious draw hits in a 4-way pot, but they might call a bet. Just lead out an amount you think someone might pay off. Maybe $15?

BTW if you're in position preflop this would be a good spot to repot for value and to isolate.

Yeah, if button's 70/35, this is a good spot to 3-bet, but if you're not super comfortable with ruthless aggression, calling's OK too.

Flop and turn are standard, but you definitely have to lead at the river. You really think that someone's going to bluff into a 4-way pot after such an obvious draw just got there. You want to bet $16 or so and try and get a call from 78 here or maybe a set from a bad player.

Wow, I hope you get to play with UTG+1 often. I'd say his hand's good maybe 1% of the time given the action and that's accounting for misclicks.
