He's obviously got a hand he likes, if I shovel, I can get about $35 in (basically all in) but will that cost us a customer?
Flat calling an option? I sure don't want to flat call and see a "paint" on the turn.....

He probably has JJ. You're not massively worried about KQT, so make a smallish raise to $21 or so. I don't mind flat calling either.

He has at most 8 outs.

I don't like a shove because you give him every opportunity to get away from his hand.

When a guy check/raises the pot though, isn't he usually doing that as a test? He's probably decided already that he's either taking this one stab at the pot, OR that he's ready to get it all in. I don't think there's much in between to give value to a $20-$25 raise. If he'll call that, he'll call for $33. What about dah sexy min-raise?

Ship it all day. I would guess he has a weak holding and trying to take the pot away or a hand he is not folding. Either way I would make it expensive to see a turn.
