Since he obviously has aces and obviously we're behind now - given that we c/r'd the pot on the flop, do we have to continue with it, or just give it up?

wow...real tough spot here...I'd say it depends on the type of player he is but usually I c/f this turn...
If villain is any good he'll wonder what the hell ur representing here, and I think that's exactly where there's trouble. I guess it also depends on your image, and if you'd play a gin turn for a flopped set like this, but I still think you oughta c/f here if you're certain about him having aces, sadly enough there's too many guys playing this game that would call down any flop/turn/river with nothing but aces in their hand...
