There are many draws on that flop , he can easily be drawing to flush or straight or god forbid both.

I call. Sometimes he will have 9s tho which will suck.

Btw i don't raise this hand from UTG preflop. You will flop a flush draw or a small set or a vulnarable straight or straight draw. All these hands are difficult and unprofitable to play OOP. You will pay a lot of money while drawing and most of the time you won't get paid when you hit.
