You can fold turn without any reads.

You are definitely folding river unless you ve seen him doing this with an overpair or trips no kicker.

easy fold, prob should have mucked on the turn. He's likely full from the flop, not likely improved on the turn, but if he did, you're drawing to 3 outs for the K and paying off a better boat should you fill one of your lower cards.

Flop is fine. On the turn you have at most 10 outs, and possibly less so it's a fold there. As played, river has to be a fold.

To call turn and river you have to have seen him overplay naked trips before. Only if he is doing that with the full range of 8xxx and 66xx are you ok to call down.
