Hero isn't getting paid unless someone hits a boat on the turn. Check. Any bet will win the pot there.

Nah, I still check there. Let them catch whatever they're drawing at. What hand possibly calls a bet that wouldn't MAKE a bet when checked to?

The problem you have is just that noone will call any kind of bet at all unless they have 55, QQ or *maybe* AQ/AA/KK with clubs

I have the board crushed, and I'm utg. What possible hand calls any bet? Gotta bet the riv obv to avoid it getting checked down. Just hope someone has hit something by that point and might raise you...
