Loose/passive tables like these, I usually tend to sit and wait for the nuts and let the money magically flow to me. Facing four opponents with *two* flush draws, I just *cannot* see everyone folding to your bet on an even remotely regular basis. Your bet doesn't have enough fold equity to expect to win the pot here, so the only reason to bet here is to build a pot, or buy a free showdown. The problem here is that you are sitting on jack high right now, and have only 4 outs to the nuts. There's no point trying to buy a free showdown with only jack-high, and with only 4 real outs you don't have enough pot equity to want to build the pot at this point.

Since you have the opportunity, why not just peel a free river card and hope to hit?
