Button and SB are popping a lot of hands pf.
SB played lots of hands agresively
I limped to try to keep the pot manageble.

Fold preflop? There is so much varying advice on PLO.. But maybe this is clear

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)

Hero ($25.60)
MP ($21.25)
Button ($28.80)
SB ($34.25)
BB ($77.05)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q icon_suit_diamond.gif , 8 icon_suit_heart.gif , 6 icon_suit_club.gif , Q icon_suit_spade.gif .
Hero calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, SB raises to $1.25, 1 fold, Hero calls $1, Button calls $1.

Flop: ($4) K icon_suit_diamond.gif , 7 icon_suit_club.gif , Q icon_suit_club.gif (3 players)
SB bets $3.8, Hero raises to $10.25, Button folds, SB raises to $33, Hero calls $14.10 (All-In).

Flop raise a good amount?

With this read, I wanted to commtv myself and not let me fodl to a scary turn, since he's lagging and I could fold the best hand a lot.

The limp/call line preflop is fairly standard (at least for me).

Against a LAG you don't have much choice but to get allin on this flop. Normally I would advocate calling to see a blank turn, but I don't like that as much here. I think I'd go ahead and just pot it.

Well, I disagree as to preflop, I fold this trash a lot. We don't have any suits, and we're pretty much playing two separate hands. 6 8 for straight value (most of which won't be the nuts) and QQ for sets, but the cards don't work together at all. Might limp for 0.25 (not likely when UTG though), but I'm folding when it comes back raised.

On the flop, no choice now that you've played it pf. Get it all in and hope that his AAxx icon_suit_club.gif doesn't hit.

I will say that it's at best a marginally profitable hand, but I treat a lot of these hands like small pairs in holdem.

I find quite often that the more action you give, the more action you receive.

You didn't pot bet flop did you? Why aren't we potting it instead of raising it to a decent amount if we don't plan to fold it against a re-raise?

Just pot flop and hope he doesn't have kings. I am pretty sure he will have and call with KQ , AJT , Nut FD or 77 there more times than Kings.

I'm advising fold pre-flop for a new player(also seek full tables).
simo_8ball can play it because he has experience. Same as I wouldn't advise playing A44 in stud8 for a beginner, but I play it.

You hit your set and there's no Ace for the pre-flop raiser(if he raised with AAxx), so go ahead and shove. If he had KKxx, then them's the breaks...

I don't like sitting around not playing hands.

Yeah, that's the problem I have. Playing tight actually tilts me.

Multitabling is the only cure I've found.
